We offer a back bond guarantee. If you fail to get your full bond back due to a cleaning issue we will happily return to the property and rectify the problem. If we have cleaned your property and the landlord or agent is not happy with the cleaning then we will arrange to return within 2 working days and re-clean the list of items required at no cost. We do require details via email with the list of items that are needing further attention from either you or the landlord/agent. All complaints are to be made within 36 hours from when clean was done as dust builds back up during this time.
We provide you with a tax receipt which you can present to the real estate agent as proof you’ve had the place professionally cleaned. This will hopefully lessen the likelihood of any nit-picking.
Mai's Cleaning Hourly Rate is $30 an hour for normal everyday cleaning but have a minimum of 3 hours.
We do offer Basic Cleans which start from $75 a Clean Depending on size of house. They generally take 2-3 Hours to do.
